Pandora’s Bakery have many years of baking experience and are have now been able to create a tasty range of Gluten Free products. Our extensive menu includes Breads, Rolls, Panini’s, Quiches, Cupcakes, Cake Slices and Celebration cakes.

We want all our customers to be able to enjoy delicious food that is free from Gluten, Wheat, Dairy and Egg. With many hours of development and dedication we have managed to create this for all our customers to enjoy.

Knowing how busy life can become with little time in our days we have designed products suitable for home freezing. This enables you to stock up your products, without trying to squeeze another job into your busy schedule.

Why Gluten Free?

Gluten is a protein composite found in wheat and related grains, including barley and rye. Gluten gives elasticity to dough, helping it rise and keep its shape and often gives the final product a chewy texture.

Coeliac disease is a medical condition in which gluten causes the immune system to attack the cells lining the small intestine. Symptoms include painful stomach cramps, digestive problems and tiredness. The treatment is a lifelong gluten-free diet. Coeliac disease can develop at any age but is usually starts in early childhood or aged 40 to 60 years old. It affects about 1 in 100 people but is under-diagnosed.
